Pavel Savine was wonderful in the studios as well as in the field. He was indispensible on many of our projects from Palestine to Hong Kong and on to Muscat, Oman.

EMPLOYMENT:

Director of Research and Development / TOCCI.

Pavel Savine is the Chief Technology Officer at C Street. He is responsible for leading the company's technological vision and driving innovation.

He is an accomplished architect and research professional with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at TOCCI since August 2013, Pavel has also held the role of R&D Associate. Prior to this, Pavel was a Teaching Assistant and CALA Material Lab Research/Assistant at The University of Arizona from September 2012 to July 2013. Initial professional experiences include a VDC Intern position at Tocci Building Companies and a Design Intern role at Studio Marco Vermeulen. Pavel earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona, completing studies there from 2008 to 2013.
